Don’t you just hate flipping through tons of magazines and flicking through commercials and tv shows seeing those beautiful men and women with body fit for swimsuits. We’ve all been there. I myself have been green with envy and even hated myself for looking like those on the magazines and tv. I hated how I looked in the mirror. I hated how I get a hard time fitting into the clothes I thought looks good, but doesn’t on me. You are not alone, there are millions of people out here like you that feels exactly the same and are looking for ways to be slimmer and toner with their bodies.

I weighed 240 lbs during the summer of 2012. I felt so unhappy and disgusted with myself. I was always in a bad mood and had low self esteem. One day i saw AJ’s page through my cousin who lost weight by using AJ’s system. So I decided to give it a try by buying the healthy meal plan from AJ from groupon. I followed it fo a few weeks and lost about 10 lbs and withing a month or so I stopped following it and went back to old life style. January 1 2013 I felt the same way I felt last summer. This time I was really motivated to lose weight and finally have a healthy body where I dont have to worry about what i wear and how other people see me.
I decided to get back on AJ’s healthy meal plan. I started of with the 3 day fat blast and lost about 5 lbs in the first week. Then i started following the meal plans accordingly and started excercing everyday. Best part about the healthy meal plan from AJ was that they were easy to make and tasted really good (especially the smoothies). After following the meal plans to my best ability, here I am now weighing 198 lbs and feeling much better about myself. I feel faster, stronger, healthier, and happier. I am still overweight but the progress I made with AJ’s plan in less than 4 months is amazing. I thank AJ from the bottom of my heart for being a huge influence in my life and help me change it for better.
