To go or not to go… to the gym

gym-treadmill-lifefuelfitDon’t you just hate flipping through tons of magazines and flicking through commercials and tv shows seeing those beautiful men and women with body fit for swimsuits. We’ve all been there. I myself have been green with envy and even hated myself for looking like those on the magazines and tv. I hated how I looked in the mirror. I hated how I get a hard time fitting into the clothes I thought looks good, but doesn’t on me.  You are not alone, there are millions of people out here like you that feels exactly the same and are looking for ways to be slimmer and toner with their bodies.

Some would say that going to gym is a waste of time. That’s their opinion. But here’s mine, going to the gym rocks! In the gym you get to have people with the same goal as you, unlike when you’re at home and you’re alone, you can actually give yourself the most lame excuse and stop getting fit as soon as you start. For those of you who have tried all sorts of diet pills, succumbing to trying to stare yourselves or totally depriving yourself of food that you really enjoy just to cut down on calories, you would know just how difficult it is to get the body of the celebrities that you admire, especially if you’re doing it on your own. Why? because one – you don’t know where to start, two – you can’t know on your own what are your “problem areas” and 3 – sooner or later you’ll end up giving excuses and thinking of stopping, and you’d be needing motivation which you’ll surely get from the trainers and also from the individuals that are going in the gym.

If you’re really determined to get results, going to gym and working with a trainer would do wonders.
